To get started with open source work you can see and file an application here , we run a special programme for everyone (exceptions can be made) where we share about how we work and what does the work looks like if you sign up on learn programm you will get to undersand the work ethics and culture behind the open source development.
Process for contributors is quite simple find the project board where you can see upcoming and ongoing tasks, we permit only old contriutors to create issues and task , once you graduate enough after few contributors you can create your issues and start delegating also at the same time.
